Osteria Valle was born from a very clear idea: a menu as an expression of the territory and the product, with simplicity, research and high quality on the plate, guided by an innovative vision and without a pre-established menu.
At lunchtime, we offer a basic menu, with daily specials that follow the market and seasonality, offering clear and accessible cuisine.
In the evening, the concept shifts towards targeted tastings, with multi-course menus — 4 courses at 80 CHF and 5 courses at 90 CHF — tailored to the needs of the guest: an osteria that truly places the customer at the center of the experience.
The wine list will also follow this same guiding principle: an evolving selection, in constant motion, with new references regularly integrated in order to stimulate curiosity and invite discovery.

The Valle building is rooted in the tradition of Ticino's grotti, ancient natural cellars built on the edge of forests to store wine and other agricultural products. It is believed that the building dates back to the 19th century. Located above Caslano, nestled in the lush greenery of Monte Sassalto, this place has become, over time, a meeting point for those seeking simple cuisine, local produce, and a welcoming atmosphere. Today, it continues this story with a renewed spirit, while maintaining a strong connection to the Malcantone tradition.
