About
Born in 1984, I chose cooking as my career path at the age of 15. My passion has led me to travel the world, manage the opening of large establishments and collaborate with prestigious establishments.
I have had the honor of holding a Michelin star for nine consecutive years and being awarded 17 points in Gault&Millau.
After many international experiences, I returned to my homeland to rediscover the essence of this profession: cooking. Not for the guides, nor for the glory, but for the pure pleasure of sharing emotions through my dishes.
Another of my greatest passions is motorcycle travel. This freedom on two wheels has allowed me to travel to many countries, discover diverse cultures, and experience authentic adventures. Just like in cooking, motorcycle travel is a quest for truth and simplicity: on the road as well as behind the stove, I seek raw emotion, the authenticity of encounters, and the beauty of the moment.
