Osteria Valle was born from a very clear idea: a menu as an expression of the territory and the product, with simplicity, research and high quality on the plate, guided by an innovative vision and without a pre-established menu.

The Valle building is rooted in the tradition of Ticino's grotti, ancient natural cellars built on the edge of forests to store wine and other agricultural products. It is believed that the building dates back to the 19th century. Located above Caslano, nestled in the lush greenery of Monte Sassalto, this place has become, over time, a meeting point for those seeking simple cuisine, local produce, and a convivial atmosphere. Today, chef Mirto Marchesi continues this story with a fresh perspective, while maintaining a strong connection to the Malcantone tradition.
